Inspiring Dhamma Talk..Don't Miss It!!!!!

To All MMU students, there is a good news to all of you as we had invited a great speaker to come to MMU to conduct a Dhamma Talk on this coming Wednesday (27/8). Our speaker that going to conduct the talk is Mr. Chan Khoon San and the topic that he would present during the talk is 'Buddhist Pilgrimage'. In addition about the talk, he would presented it with some slides shows as well as to provide further understanding about the talk. The talk itself has it's own function too as the topic are chosen to relax ourself while enjoying it.

Do not frustrated up yourself with the oncoming assignments and exams, take some time off to attend the talk and relax your mind and furthermore enjoying it.

Happy Wesak Day. Let Us Pray for the Victims in Myanmar & China.

Dear all,

Happy Wesak Day to all!

MMU Dharma Sharing Group wished to express its deepest concern on the recent disastrous attack at Myanmar & China.

We hereby call upon all the buddhists in MMU during the coming wesak day, let us pray for the protection of the Triple Gem so that all disastrous events will be ended soon and let us share the merits that we have accumulated through our meritorious deeds with all the people in Myanmar & China. May all the people in Mynmar & China obtain the share of these merits, may they be free from suffering and may they be well and happy always.

MMU DSG also wish to take this opportunity to wish all of the MMU students Good Luck and all the best in the final exam. Take good care during exam period, may the blessing of the Triple Gem always be with us.

In the meantime, the organisations below are collecting funds and some also accepting foodstuff etc to help the cyclone victims in Myanmar. Please circulate to all your contacts to support these relief efforts.

Visit To FGS DONG ZEN TEMPLE CNY LANTERN & FLORA FESTIVAL（佛光山东禅寺平安灯会暨花艺展）

DSG will be organizing an outing to Dong Zen Temple in Jenjarom,Klang. The details as below:

The main purpose of this trip is to give a chance for MMU students to witness the FGS Dong Zen Temple CNY Lantern & Flora Festival 2008.

This is an annual event where visitors will be mesmerised by the spectacular and breathtaking lights of hundreds of lanterns. This is the opportunity for MMU students to indulge themselves in a totally different Chinese New Year, which is full of Fun, Culture and Knowledge. It is also a time where we can celebrate CNY with our university friends!!!
