Meditation Session

Dear all,

Wow, meditation session is here at last. DSG will be having a Meditation session in this week and this is a new experience to all of us. Meditation is a discipline in which the mind is focused on an object of thought or awareness. It usually involves turning attention to a single point of reference. The practice may engender a higher state of consciousness. So, do grab this good opportunity to improve your mindfulness and awareness.

The session will cover the following:

1) Brief overview of meditation
2) Meditation session
3) Sharing and Discussion

So, come and join us on this Wednesday to help relax your mind and body.
